Opening: 41st Annual Recent Works Show – see Darlene Bock’s art

Darlene Bock one of AOTB’s fine pastel artists will be showing in the 41st Annual Recent Works Show is Friday October 8, from 5:30-8:00pm. Music and light refreshments will be served.

Darlene has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and has earned signature status with the of Pastel Society of America and the Chicago Pastel Painters. She is delighted to have studied with such master artists as Albert Handell, Margaret Dyer, Kathleen Newman and Carol Strock Wasson.

Along with her fine art painting, Darlene has been creating portraits in pastel and pencil for over 25 years, with many repeat clients. She maintains a strong passion for her work, and gains constant inspiration from her wide array of clientele.
